Your Beauty Treatment Experience

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. Here are some tips to help make your treatment experience more enjoyable.

When should I arrive for my treatment?
We suggest you arrive a few minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time, this will allow you time to relax and start your treatment stress free and as a courtesy to all our clients we appreciate you turning your mobile phone off or to silent whilst you are in the salon.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever is comfortable. We provide you with a treatment gown. Underwear or swimwear should be worn in all treatments especially the seaweed body wrap. We also recommend you wear an open toe shoe when having pedicures.

What if I have some health concerns?

For your safety a brief history questionnaire is required to be completed. We ask that you inform us of any health conditions which may effect your treatment.

What if I have a problem with an appointment time?

We are quite happy to reschedule your appointment should you not be able to make it, providing you give us adequate notice. Out of courtesy to other clients we appreciate 24-hours notice. For treatments that exceed over 2 hours, a minimum of 24-hours notice must be given or a 50% cancellation fee may be charged.
