Spend over $150.00 and receive free delivery Australia Wide. Orders under $150.00 will incur a Flat rate Australia wide $16.50 for a trackable service and signature on delivery.
We only send within Australia currently.
All Packages are sent via Australia Post. Signature is required at the time of delivery. Packages cannot be left at the door without a signature. If you are not home a card will be left for you to collect from local post office.
Orders are dispatched once payment is received. You will be also emailed a tracking code once your order has been sent.
We will investigate a lost package only after 7 days, as Australia post may sometimes misplace and then dispatch again.
No deliveries Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. Any orders placed on these days will be processed on the following business day.
WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM I ODERED WAS OUT OF STOCK?
If your selected item is out of stock, we will still endeavour to send your product ASAP when in stock. We will always inform you if there is an out of stock situation.
